Due to the high demand in our Metabolic LIfestyle & Medicine Center program, we are hosting an introductory shared medical appointment. This will give everyone an overview of what the program is all about and help you prepare for your first visit to make it as efficient a process as possible.
What to expect?
We will get an initial weight and height for each patient
Review the new patient process
Distribute handouts that will need to be completed to move onto the next phase
